He even lived in the states for two years much earlier. His wife found the freedom so enticing to her that she didn't want to return. Now I see his first daughter couldn't date without a chaperone until an engagement was announced. His other grown daughter must live at home until she leaves with a husband. Her courting has taken place with chaperones sitting in the same room. He tells me this is for the protection of their women and they do it much more effectively than here in the states.
