Board of Directors; Editorial Board; Donor

Laura Nathan is a writer, editor, and teacher. She is a Writer-in-Residence at Just Buffalo Literary Center, a nonprofit organization that sends writers into Buffalo's public schools to teach students how to write creatively. Her recent writing and editorial endeavors include: working on ITF, writing for publications such as ArtVoice, Bitch, The Writer's Chronicle, The Independent Film and Video Monthly, Mother Jones, My College Guide, PopMatters, and Paste, blogging for Photo District News, and working on travel and education projects for The Travel Channel and Barnes & Noble. Laura holds an M.F.A. in writing and literature from Bennington College, where she specialized in literary nonfiction. She received an M.A. in social sciences from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in history from the University of Texas at Austin. A native Texan who by some strange stroke of luck finds herself in Buffalo, New York, Laura is constantly adding to her ever-growing list of books to read, films to see, and places to visit.
